Payment Policy
10 percent deposit is due upon booking. Remaining amount is due 30 days from check-in. $500 security deposit is due 7 days from check-in and will be returned with 14 days of check-out.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 30 days from check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days from check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
